Thank you Julio, Linda and Eva for a wonderful 12 days at your Hacienda. My sister and I enjoyed our time with you. The hotel was great and the staff was excellent. I hope to come back and spend more time at Hacienda San Miguel. I would not stay anywhere else on the island.Again, thank you for a great 12 days.

We had a great first impression of Cozumel and we owe it all to you. Thank you Julio and Martin for all of your help and suggestions. Hacienda San Miguel was the perfect choice for the holiday we wanted. Quiet location, ultra clean, secure and great value, and exception staff\'round the clock. Breakfast was the best start to our day, Julio- I loved greeting your warm smile and \'Buenos Dias\' cheer.

We are here in Boston reading articles about Hurricane Wilma. We wish you the best, we hope all is well, and we think of you and keep you in our prayers. If anyone is reading this because they are trying to decide whether or not to stay here read this section:Hacienda San Miguel will give you the authentic feel for the island. Quietly, set back from the main tourist strip, it is tucked away on a side street. But don't worry, you will always feel safe. The employees are great and they leave your room immaculate. I can only say good things about this place.

An incredibly amazing place, the accomodations were great, the hospitality was wonderful. We truely were made to feel at home (with a yummy continental breakfast at our door every morning). The courtyard at night was a beautiful sight (despite the bug bites). I'd like to thank Eva who greeted us every morning with a smile. We definitly plan on visitng again. Thanks!

Eva! Gisela! Everyone! I'm sitting here in misery because I've left Hacienda San Miguel. This recent trip to Cozumel was the best 6 days of my life, and I'm lucky, because I just happened to pick the very best hotel on the entire island. I miss everything so much! Delicious breakfasts, the warm, clear waters, friendly and outgoing people... everything. I WILL be back as soon as humanly possible. Thank you for making our stay unbelievable and unforgetable.

Great staff! We loved getting our sweet Mexican rolls in the morning from Eva and Julio. The most beautiful and peaceful place to stay in Cozumel. I felt right at home in this cute little alcove brightened by frinedly people. We will be back!!!
